The Internet Sourcer position is responsible for researching, locating and qualifying technical candidates, utilizing Internet research, and collecting personal referrals. The Internet Sourcing position identifies "hot prospects" builds qualified lists of potential candidates and expedites them to a Technical Recruiter for fast-track-screening & interviewing with a primary goal of filling jobs with quality applicants.

An Internet Sourcer mines the Internet for potential candidates and works with the technical recruiting team to bring qualified candidates into the organization with the intention of a quick turn around time to hire.

The successful Internet sourcer should be creative, hard-working and used to working independently on the computer all day like programmers, web developers, Internet librarians, etc. Sourcers who have been trained in AIRS (Advanced Internet Recruitment Strategies) methodologies or come from the research and computer industries are well suited for this position. We're looking for an outgoing, energetic person with excellent interpersonal skills to support our sales staff. Job function includes resume review, phone screening, in-person interviewing, and ultimately matching technical candidates to client hiring needs. The successful candidate will be a self-starting, motivated individual. Any past exposure to technical recruiting environments or candidates who have been trained in AIRS (Advanced Internet Recruitment Strategies) would be a plus. A successful candidate must be able to thrive in a fast-paced environment and have the ability to multi-task without losing primary focus of matching technical candidates to client needs.
